Shipping and Returns
All of my items are handcrafted with care. The beads are purchased from a variety of suppliers and I design and assemble them.
These items are not intended for children. Handmade or Beadwoven jewelry is delicate and must be cared for. Instructions for caring for you items are on the Jewelry Care page.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Your item will be shipped in bubble wrap inside a secure envelope.
I ship Monday through Friday via USPS First Class Mail to keep shipping costs low. Shipping is a flat rate of $2.00 for US customers and 3.00 for international orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for shipping fees for returning the item. If you are returning supplies they must be unused and in good condition.
Please contact me within 10 days if you would like to return or exchange an item. I will then issue a refund or exchange after receiving the package.
All products have a warranty of 30 days for breakage.
Payment Options
I accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders.
PAYPAL: You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way. Simply click on the PayPal option and follow the instructions.
Many people are hesitant to provide credit card information over the Internet. PayPal provides a secure server (SSL) so your transaction is safe, but moreover, when you make a purchase through a PayPal merchant, you have additional security because only PayPal, not the merchant, is provided with your credit card information.
Personal checks: I do accept personal checks, however, please note that your item will ship after the check has cleared.
Money orders: Money orders are welcome. Your order will be shipped once it is received.
If payment is not received within 7 days the order will be canceled. If you have mailed your payment and you feel it will not reach me in time please send me an email. You can yous the form on the contact page.
